I want to lose the moobs and my gut and what not.. im willing to do anything.. that doesnt cost money and im very athelic i have muscle under the fat and i can do 50 pushups in one sitting but like im looking for a schudle like run a couple blocks and do this etc.

  1. what you can do is go out and jog 20 min every day increasing as you feel is needed  next week you might want to up it to 25 min etc and keep a steady pace  this should  lower the fat...

    and also keep in mind to watch your fat cal intake and keep a well balanced diet rich in veggies and proteins and whole wheats


  2. seriously, all you really have to do is go to the gym everyday and do high weight but low reps. thats what my friend did and he lost his fat quick. also, the one thing that helps BIG TIME..is swimming laps and vigorous swimming, in a about a week or two you will be toned and after a couple of months you will not have moobs.
