I really really really want to work at Starbucks as my first job!!! HELP!!!?

Question

I had been wanting to work at Starbucks forever so I went to this job fair last Wednesday. I thought the ladies interviewing me liked me and I thought it went pretty good. They told me they would call me Monday. I waited excitedly by the phone all weekend and Monday went by with no phone call. I called Tuesday and the girl working there said she would tell them to call me. No phone call. Finally Wednesday I went into the Starbucks store and talked to the girl working there since the manager wasnt there. She said she would tell the manager to call me. So today Friday the manager finally called me and said there were lots of interviews and we will keep your application on file. So yeah... I feel so crappy. At first I was like fine Ill go somewhere else. But I really want to work there and I know that I would be a great asset and hard worker. My question is if my application is on file what does that mean? Will they ever seriously look at it again? What can I do to get hired there? I"m 17

Don't bug them, you're probably driving the lady crazy no wonder she wont hire you!  Seriously though, don't worry about it find a job somewhere else.
