I really think I saw the ghost...?

Question

I was in bed reading and I caught a flash out of the corner of my eye. I turned to look into the bathroom and a couple of seconds later, a head poked around the edge of the door. As I sit here typing, this child-sized ghost is in my living room behind my sofa playing hide and seek with me. What do you make of this?

ok first dont panic!

after you could do that, most of child ghost will not harm you.

As they are ghosts, they will be descrete and very terrifying looking sometimes, because it probably died in a sadistic way, like getting tortured or cut.

Make sure you do not live in an indian cementery. If so you might want to change houses, then. As it is playing hide and seek... then it might be a lost child. Its ok. dont get scared. at least try,

Ghosts know when you dont feel fear, once youve lost the fear, it will probably then start talking. Try talking to her if you get the chance, but the hardest thing here is losing fear...relax, take a deep breath and then talk to it. if you get nothing try later.  Try investigating what happened in youyr house and also what is the name of that girl.

THis is for the real ghosts. that one might be just a little thing, still i completely believe you.

oh you say there is someone else? it might be the murderer...is it an adult? can you hear them talk?? what else has been happening at your house?

Ghosts make great roomates too. They don't really eat too much and they are poor conversationalists. They know this, so they don't mind being ignored. Have him sign a one year lease and ask him to pay 1/2 the utilities. Your set!!!

btw, do you mind if the gremlins in my basement IM your ghost after they finish s******g around with my furnace?

No sometimes they are spirits and they are good ones that live there  and take up many forms so if nothing has happened to u than u have nothing to worry about but it does mean that some who pass on is watching over u and shame on the other people for not knowing this just me

i remember the last paranormal question that you posted... and I also remember that people were making fun of it. I believe you and i know that there are other people out there that believe you. If you think that the entity that you may have in our home is a child, then i doubt that there is any reason to feel threatened,which you clearly state that you are not.

You could try some EVP and see if you could find a little more about it and why it is still there. Again if you would like some tips on doing your own "armature" ghost hunting then i would love to help. GOOD LUCK!

It sounds very much to me like you feel asleep reading your book and started dreaming.

If you don't believe me, set up a video camera to capture the "ghost". This will ensure that the "ghost" never appears again.  :)

That sounds pretty cool. as an investigator I have seen this type of thing happen very few times. we had a couple outside of Nashville call us in and said they had a Ghost and wanted us to see what we thought but by no means did they want us to get rid of it. Come to find out their story was much like yours, they had gotten use to the ghost and rather liked it.

not all spirits are evil as some may think some are just dwelling around kind of lost. It senses your not scared although it knows it can spook you at times when your not thinking about it. like you say playing hide and seek. Your both aware it means you no harm and your cool with that.

Regardless what others may say this is no underworld trick to catch you unaware and suddenly attack. spirits know they are spirits and know if they so desire they can hurt you bad.

In time it will move on somewhere else or pass over without warning. Sounds like your enjoying it and that's great perhaps you can learn to talk to it ask it questions use some recording device as it will pick up some sounds we can't maybe you can bridge a gap in one of the most unaccepted fields we know.

have fun with it. talk to it like, let's play later or something like that. that entity might be pretty bored and wants fun. (spirits are not ghosts!!) you can also ask help for it like, can you help me find this or that. but if you always have things missing thou you really look after things, the entity might be the one hiding it.(those rascals always do that to me!) and also, i think it wants a company......

How charming.  Although the fact that your visitor is child-sized puts me in mind of some of the descriptions folks give of those beings many call aliens.  Could it be such a visitor?

I have always believed that it is completely unfair for people to make fun of people who have supernatural experiences...I have had what I believe to be supernatural experiences and I don't doubt in the least that you are having a supernatural experience. Could it be something not supernatural? sure....but in the same token it could be real. I believe in the supernatural but just because someone does'nt does not give them the right to critisize me because I do.

My advice would be to speak to an understanding minister about it. An AG catholic or charasmatic minister would be more likely to listen because believe and deal with supernatural events from time to time.

Its a spirit. My aunt was being strangled every night at her old house.she asked her husband to stey up and watch. he saw it too...she also had marks on her neck. thet moved from that house and built a new one. she told me it was an experience she would never forget. she said even tho most ppl wont beleeve it.

I am no expert on ghosts but i do 100% believe you. i know a lot of people probably wouldnt but ghosts are real!! i would first try to find out the history of your house like the previous owners that usually will tell you if there was some mysterious death and why a ghost would be in your house....maybe he is trying to tell you something..?
