  1. Austin M, I haven't had any problems with my king charles spaniel.

  2. They are great dogs.  It sounds like you are a minor living at home, and I'm guessing if your step-father ever owned a pet before, his reason for wanting to wait to get the dog has nothing to do with the purchase price (which is a fraction of the cost of taking care of a dog long term).  Keep doing your research on dogs and take some time to learn about your favorite breed, training dogs, etc. and you might impress your step-dad enough to move him into action.  I'm willing to bet cost has nothing to do with his decision to wait.

  3. i almost got one any pretty much EVERYTHING about them is a plus! The only bad thing is that they are very espensive.

    Bye :]

  4. actually, thats not necessarily true. check your area for a cavalier rescue. there are alot of breed specific rescues.

  5. Oh, one of our neighbors just got one of those dogs from a family member of theirs, he is about a year old and absolutely BEAUTIFUL...long fur around his feet, he looks like he is wearing bedroom shoes :-)...their family member raises them.  Boy, are they lucky, because I understand that they are quite costly.
