I really want a flat stomach?

I'm about 130lbs and 5'8. I don't have a tubby belly or anything I just want it flat. Is there a way for me to see obvious results in 5 days with just sit-ups and a healthy diet?

  1. sit ups and a healthy diet will do it. 5 days is a short period of time but if you stick with it you will see results.


  2. do push ups and sit ups eat right and it just might (just might) be able to get what your looking for

  3. Try to incorporate running into your fitness routine at least 6 miles a week. This video: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitn... is my absolute favorite; i do it every day and have amazing results. Also, make sure you are getting plenty of fruits and vegetables with fiber while limiting your carbohydrate intake. You can buy fibersure or other fiber tablets to close the gap of at least 20 grams of fiber per day. THIS is what gives you that flat stomach. Most of all, drink lots of water. Doing these things will give you results in 2 weeks, guaranteed. Best of luck!
