The name of this Barbie is Nichelle Urban Hipster. From what I'm seeing, it's mostly only available through Ebay.  You can do an Ebay search to find her. I'm seeing them in prices ranging from $48.99 to $150.00. Here's a link to one that is a buy it now for $48.99.
