  1. practice a lot, start doing things like yoga,,, stretch all the time thats a big one it really helps with flexability and even if ur not the most felaxible trying building up other skills so ppl notice that and the coach can u do something else then all th ebackbends and stuff

  2. just stretch a lot and practice a lot..if you're not too flexible you have to try a little harder but you should be fine.

  3. Don't just dive in. Try stretching your hamstrings and arms and back a little bit every day. Push just a little bit beyond the norm for you regularly(just a teeny bit) and work your way until you have gotten considerably more flexible. Then try splits just beyond your comfort zone. Keep it up and you will become more flexible. Don't push too much, you could really hurt yourself baaaaad!

  4. Here is a list of exercises and stretches you can do: http://aescougarcheer.com/Cheer101/exerc...  There are also suggestions for TV exercise shows if you prefer to do that.

  5. I thnk being more creative with the moves will help.

  6. practice on your splits everyday and do a bunch of cart weels and stuff like that youll be fine!! =]
