By you cant does your mom mean she cant afford it or that she doesn't be live you can do it. Because i have been dancing for a long time and there is no reason your mother should not let you it helps with balance, fitness, being graceful, getting flexible, it is a way to get out anger, and you can meet so many people doing it. I know how you feel though i have a sister who tells me i cant do things but i know i can and if i cant i keep trying until i can.
