I really want to get stronger so i can be better at gym how do i do it?

  1. so many things to do.

    walking around in bridges and doing crunches helps out your core muscles. also push ups and handstands can help your arm musceles. do the plank lift by putting your arms on the ground flat with your palms facing the ground and your legs out behind you, and pushin up on your toes and elbows. this helps tons of musceles all over your body. also watching tv while sitting in a straddles position will help strengthen your leg musceles. hope i could help and if i think of anymore i will email youl. = ]


  2. i alredy answered ur other question, but i have some tips on really being a gymnast. Eat properly. Have a wheat and protien source in the moring, allways eat ur fruits and veggies. Work splits, like when I'm at home or like right now I'm sitting in splits with my laptop on my knee. Allways take care of yourself, sleep enough, and don't eat too much sugar. Ice things that hurt, and don't bring ur outside problems into the gym. Good luck, i know gymnastics is my remedy to life

  4. You can do all kinds of conditioning exercises such as:

    -V-Ups.

    -Push-Ups.

    -Arch, Hollow, & Side Rocks.

    -Hollow tucks.

    -Handstands from your knees.

    -Squat jumps.

    -Leg Lifts.

    -Pull-Ups.

    -Chin-Ups.

    -Chin-Up-Pullovers.

    -"L" Hold.

    -Straddle "L" Hold.

    -Running.

    -Handstand walking.

    -Press-Ups.

    -Claps.

    -Holding a handstand by a wall.

    -Climbing Ropes.

    -Tuck Jumps.

    -Calf Raises.

    -Candle Stick Jump Up.

    But most importantly, stretch first, and a lot of it!
