I really want to go to a rave-- but are there any that don't serve alcohol?

I'm 16 and I love techno/trance music, dancing, and having fun w/ friends. But I don't know of any raves that don't have drugs and alcohol. Are there any?

Wow! All the raves that I USED to go to were all adult content, and too many drugs. I've heard of teen raves, some Christian based, but I haven't seen any advertisements lately.

But the rave scene comes and goes. I would find out about local raves in the clubs. A lot of them were word of mouth. Others were billed by promoters.

Maybe you can start your own network. If you involve some parents, they may help with the building and snacks. It could be a lot of fun if planned properly.

If you set off to do it yourself, there could be liability issues on the property and stuff, so watch out.

I know what you mean though, raves are fun. And it's great to experience them with friends. Most raves cater to the older crowd, though.  Maybe a teen center or group with some resources will help you plan one.

omigosh, I didn't know there were any raves left! I thought they died in the late 90's. I'd love to go to one but I  don't know where. Sorry, this doesn't really answer your question, but I'm just glad I'm not the only one who wants to go to a rave!
