Your never to old! All you need is the passion for it. Try getting some private lessons first, till you get the hang of it, then the stables that you learn at should be able to place you in a group lesson with people of your own age, and similar experience level, and its a great way to make new friends with a similar interest!!

you are never too old, you could be 90, and you could still ride, but 13 is the perfect age to start!
