Well I am 14 years old not completely sure of my height I just know it's around 5'8-5'10 I weight about 160-170 (haven't weight myself in a while)ok well I want to get down to my average weight for my height and I want a good workout that will help me achieve my goal. I am planning to go on a complete vegetarian diet and I will stop eating processed and fast foods. I also plan to completely take sugary drinks out of my diet and only drink water. I just really need to know what workout can I use to lose some weight along with this life style change. Also will my new diet help me drop some pounds?
