I really want to lose weight, mainly around my stomach. what is the most affective way to achieve this? ?

The best way to lose weight and reduce your stomach is to eat three small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks.  In addition, drink plenty of water and avoid sodas and sweet drinks.  Exercise 30-60 minutes a day and include cardio, strength training, and stretching.  In addition add push ups and crunches.  No special equipment is necessary.  Good luck!

    eat healthy (no dieting, just cut the junk/sodas)

    run every day except for one day bc rest is needed

    do abs

    and if you want to like lose like love handles? you hold a weight in one hand and lean that direction then come back up, you'll begin to feel the stretch after a while. do about twenty then switch sides.

  10. You should try crunches. If you start feeling like your stomch muscel it means you are doing it right. Do not go on a diet if any thing eat 5 to 6 small meals a day not 2 or 3 big ones . i hope that helps.
