  1. The first thing I would suggest is going to the below links.  The second link is the Student guide to being recruited.  It has helpful information on recruiting for NCAA D1 and D2 schools.

The first is the Eligibility Center or Clearinghouse.   That is the steps you will need to follow in order to get a scholarship at an NCAA school.

It sounds like you have a school or schools picked out in California.  Go to their websites and see if you can find a form they want in order to get you registered in their system.  Many colleges have those forms online.  If you do not find a form, see if they have contact information for the head coach and/or the assistant coaches.  Email them with all of your contact information, including your high school and club information with the contact information for your coaches.  They will tell you what they want from you.

Prepare several videos.  I have seen players use YouTube for a short, quick video of your skills.  Have someone video you during matches and set up a practice session.  Get a 5 minute video and post it on YouTube.  Prepare a 30 minute video with a short introduction.  This video would be used for schools that show any interest in you.  You can send a copy of this video to those schools.

I hope this helps.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to email me for more information.  The information above is just a start.  If you are 6'6" and playing on state championship teams and the USAV Open winning team, it is easy to get recruited.  Everyone else has to work hard.

    Good luck.

  2. dont pay attention if the coach is watching or not! Just play your game! PLay agressive, do what you know hes looking for, and go for every single ball, even if u know you cant get to it....he's looking for effort!

    Give it all you got!

  3. i am working on the same thing.

become a member at somewhere like www.berecruited.com or www.tackle.com and they give you a lot of information about what you need to do and put you in direct contact with college coaches. you can add pictures and videos of you playing to them and coaches from all over can watch them and contact you.

you can get it for free but there is also a deluxe membership on berecruited.com which you have to pay like $20 or so for.

Even if your dad isn't helping you can do this yourself and don't give up.

Hope i helped and goofd luck! wish me luck to.
