But it's like 17,000 a year. Does anybody know of a cheaper way to study there? Or scholarships that may be offered? I am a student from the USA and have completed my Associate of Arts at a community college and averaged a 3.42

  2. Did you know that you can use an FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) loan to study at certain universities in Australia?

A few of them which are eligible:

    - AUSTRALIAN CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY

    - AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

    - FLINDERS UNIVERSITY OF S AUSTRALIA

    - UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME AUSTRALIA

    - UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA

    - UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA

So if you are interested in attending any of them, then there are Federal Loans available to you in the U.S. If not then, you are on your own.Scholarships are hard to obtain for international students at an undergraduate level and thus most international students are self-funded.
