I really want to study overseas, but my parents say that its a NOWAY?

they wont even give me my driving lisences, i always have to drive around with my chaffuer wich sucks but its not a big deal where i live.. but i really need advice abt how to confince them plus 2 of my bestfriends r going and i want to go to the same place! please help me!!

just tell them that you're a big girl now and of course you will miss her but you want to learn to be an independent woman that means you'll learn it when you're apart from your family also tell them that you want to learn a whole new stuff.. tell them the reason why you want to study overseas and you better come up with a good reason.. my suggestion is that NEVER tell them everything is going to be okay because you will have your best-friends with you.. usually parents will think that you're just trying to have fun and not studying.. the last thing is ask your mom to always pray for you..

also you better take time if you want to go there. i mean you have to prepare the whole stuff.. going to another country isn't easy.. believe me, I've been there.. make sure you have everything in control so that you can show your parents that you're big girl and you can take responsibility..

Well since they probably are paying for your education, they do have a say so!!

Maybe you could think of better reasons to tell them other than "but so and so is going to school there"

Tell them you are interested in the culture and would like to broaden your horizons perhaps?
