If you want your own job, go get one.

You can learn after hours like many adults are doing while raising families.   Do this before you get more responsibility.

Read.  Study.  Watch educational videos.  Listen to audios.

Online has a wealth of free resources.

An education is more important than a diploma.

I see you know to write and in one word  { adjective } describe well how your self esteem and confidence are low, low , below to your behind.

Alternatively, discover what are your birth-talents, skills or inclinations. Or maybe invent something{ just no wheel}.
