  1. stretchhhh a  lot

    there are stretches on that page if you scroll down.

    also you can sit in the hurkey position on the ground while watching tv or during the day...and just stretch it out

    make sure when you do them you bring your legs to you...keep your back straight..and use your hip flexors to bring your legs up.

    you can look for hip flexor stretches online.

  2. just start out going into them a little bit more each time.... if you know what i mean. otherwise go to YouTube and look for a video that teaches you to do whatever you want to do.  im sure that YouTube will have something.
