I realy need help please can someone help me?

i want to reboot my laptop and its not working i don't even know how to if you can help me please add me on hotmail my hotmail is [e-mail] or leave your msn i will add you. please i really need help i can show you with webcam and if you can help me then i will be really happy please? im begging you

if it windows wont start and it comes up with a message u need to get a new driver but there is one thing press the on button when it comes on quickly keep tapping f8 it should come up with many things click safe mode when it comes up with the login type administrator and if u dont remember entering an administrator password before just press enter there u go if this doesnt work like it dont even come on to the login go to the specalists and see what they say keep me posted and give me more info so i can help

take the batery out and then put it in again and switch it on>>>>>this is a force reboot

take out the battery and then put it back in again or if you have a hook up battery try that; and if you havnt charged it for a while then that might be the problem too, hope this helps :) !

force shudown -  keep press your laptop power button for 10 sec..  it must get swtiched off

enter the make and model of your laptop and google it.  you should find instructions there, i think.  I'm not very experienced with computers, but I did this once for my old Toshiba.
