  1. Get the Kostya Tszyu book/dvd "Fighting Fit"

    He gives plenty of tips on how to get fit for boxing bouts...and since he is a boxing champion...then I guess he should know what he is talking about.

    He does a LOT of skipping!!


  2. If this is what you really want, then you have to join a boxing club. And also get a junior or a mens punchball (if you live in the UK they pick up cheap), and this will really help with muscles. I got one and they are great. My arms are 5 times stronger and i have bigger muscles.

    I cant give you anymore info than that. A boxing club is the way to go and if you are really that good, then they will do everything they can do get you into the pro's.

  3. If you want to be a boxer, join a boxing club. They will train you properly. Before you do that, you don't have to care about diets or exercises. Diets are only important during your training except you are in utterly bad shape and way overweight.

    Doing exercises now is not an especially good idea, because you might train wrong movements that will later on prevent you from learning the right technique. All you could do is gereral exercises like push-ups or crunches to get a little general fitness.

    And by the way: If you want to be a boxer, when you're older then start now. If you can use the internet, you are not too young to join a boxing club. The earlier you start the better it is.
