Did you send a job application to that agency. ATAB  (Association of Travel Agencies of Bangladesh) TRAVELLING AGENCY.

Do you really want to send money to them before you find out what sort of job you have been offered.

It's looks like the usual type of scam. I would ignore it before you waste a lot of money.
