I received a e-mail from a DS Peter Internet Yahoo Messenger Lotto Agent his e-mail address is rv_green@yahoo.co.uk.com telling me I won 1,420,000.00

He told me I had to contact a Mr. Philip Foreman from Natwest Bank London, he sent me a International Remittance Application Form to fill out and how I want my money.

So far they have not asked me for any money. So is this a scam?

  1. I got one, too, and forwarded it to Customer Service.  It's a scam.

  2. If any personal details like your date of birth, home address, or bank details are requested, it is a scam. Loads of these things ask for credit card details too.

  3. This is 100% SCAM. Such emails often come as a good surprise to lure you into a trap. They say you've won some unexpected lottery money and you have to provide your personal information like address, bank account number and phone number etc to claim it. But don't provide any of these informations. Its a big scam to cheat innocent people and this is going on randomly all over the world today. Just be careful. Just delete it.
