Ever heard of a "phishing mail"? This seems to be one. Don't click any link!!! The best thing to do is to delete the mail. You will not throw away gains from a non existing "lottery".

Probably a scam.... If you really want to be sure, you could call them and wait on hold forever..... Don't click on any links in the e-mail. Just go right to microsoft.com..... then try to find details about the "lottery"  If you download IE 7, it has a phishing filter.... should be useful.
