  1. if you've never heard of such a group, red flag number one. red flag number two is you have money coming to you- no one ever has money coming to them they never prior knew about.

    smell like scam, is scam

  2. No, a scammer is just phishing, hoping to get $ from you. This scam has been going on for a few years and keeps popping back up from time to time.

If it were legitimate, it would be in real letter from an attorney sent via Certified Mail, not a postcard.  There would be an explanation of exactly where the money was coming from and why.  An attorney would not charge you anything or need your birth date.

  3. SCAM !!!!!

It's an attempt to get personal information from you AND money.

  4. dont send them nothing,if they was real u would have to pay nothing.and its also spam/ a way to steal who u r/never that kinda info out online.

  5. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Never trust unsolicited mail, especially when it asks for your birthday! Scam written all over it. Major tip off also: ungoogle-able. No website. Just links to how this is a scam.
