I received a traffic violation and am eligible for the Safe Driver Diversion Program.?

Question

If I show up for court and the police officer shows up too I will have the option of just paying the violation and leaving. If so, will I still be eligible for this program or will it be reported to the BMV?

if it's your first offense! the curt more likely give you the option to plea guilty and go under the program, if more than one...no you'll face the charges it all depends on the Violation and your history! if you find my answer good enough please pick as the best answer!

This is up to the judge and as stated above your past history will play a big part and if this is your first then I would say that you will be able to take a defensive driving course and if not, then I doubt it and it will be reported to the Department of Motor Vehicles and your Insurance Company as well........
