I received an CA Unemployment Claim form, will I get a check?

I am currently on Unemployment Benefits, and my monetary amount ran out. On July 6, the federal govt. approved extensions. I filed for an extension online, and a few days later, I received a clams form, exactly like the ones I get when I receive a check. Does this mean that my extension was approved? I have tried so many times to call in but can never get through to an actual person, and I cannot seem to find anything on the EDD website....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you were approved.  Fill out the claim form like you did previously.
