  1. SPAM SPAM SPAM....i get these also.

Sounds good, until they get your e-mail, bank account #'s and leave you penniless.  Hit the DELETE BUTTON and go on with your life.

  2. Normally these emails come out of Nigeria where most if not all email scams take place.

If they want to take your money they will either invite you to london for a meeting and ask you to give them cold hard cash and they run away with your thousands of dollars. If it is on a smaller scale, they will ask you for small amounts at a time to "set up" you pay off for the millions of dollars they promise.

All in all, it is a big scam and it has been very well documented on cnn and dateline and other news stations.

  3. It is a con!

Please don't waste anybody's time at the US consulate and wake up to the fact that it is a SCAM!!!!!!

  4. Listen... There are allot of scammers as you well know.  I'm a very positive person. But, It doesn't sound honest.  One thing for sure, "DO NOT SENT ANY MONEY" if asked.  Call up the American-London consulate....And tell them about the e-mail and see if they will investigate it for you. I hope for your sake it's true.

  5. prolly not. go to snopes.com and look up the guys name. This is a common email scam.
