How to approach this? What are all options I have to defend? How much min/max I will be fined? Appreciate your response. Thanks.

  1. You have no options to defend this.  You broke the law, and you were caught.  You can challenge the ticket and just pray that the cop doesn't show up to the courtroom.  Some states will add extra money to the fine based on how fast you were going.  For example in Indiana they will often add $5/1mph over the limit.  So, you might have to pay $445, 375 + (14 * 5).  In construction zones if you speed you are putting the lives of the workers at risk, this is why the speed limit is so low and the fine so high.  This is also why you have almost zero chance of the cop not showing up.  The government is really going to push the cop to show up and enforce the speed zone in the construction area.  The best thing you can do is stop speeding through construction zones in the future.

  2. If you are on the verge of losing your driver's license, higher a local lawyer.

A good lawyer can almost always get the ticket dismissed or, at least, reduced to a lesser charge.
