  4. You know yourself you cannot have won something you did not enter.  This is a scam, and you need do nothing except delete it.

    I got a similar email years ago, and I replied (without giving any personal info) asking:   tell me where and when to come, and I'll bring all my friends and the newspapers.  Needless to say, I got no reply.

  10. Spam. DO NOT REPLY, DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION. DELETE THE EMAIL IMMEDIATELY, AND BLOCK THE SENDER.

  11. Camelot is the ONLY lottery company in the UK. The email you received is a scam most of which originate in Africa or Spain. Camelot never ask for bank details, prizes are paid by cheque which you pay into your account. Camelot never operate email address draws or any other random draw, you have to play the lottery in order to win a prize and it's your responsibility to check if you're a winner and claim your prize. Delete the email you've received without responding.

  14. Delete it.  Any time you see someone you don't know has e-mailed you just delete it straight away - don't even open it.  Some people can tell whether or not you open it so they know if the account is being used and they'll just keep on e-mailing.
