I need to know how I can get the birth registration number which they request on the form. They will not process the on-line form without it.

  1. you would have to go in the office to get it because i believe that you stated the first time that you lost it so that is what i think you would have to do.

  2. its on the first copy of ur birth certificate. if u dont have that u have to go in to their offices

  3. You should have it on the little pink thing they gave you when you registered, or on the first birth certificate you got. If you do not have it you can:-

    a) contact the hospital at which you were born

    b) go to an RGD office in person

There are RGD offices all over Jamaica and many hospitals have them too. You do not necessarily have to go into Spanish Town or Montego Bay.

If you used the birth certificate to conduct any business before you can try to check back forms that you may have written the number on... if you are working or at school your employer or school registrar may have that information so you can probably check them too to get the number off of it.

  4. u should have it on the original copy. if u dont have that then u will need to go in.
