I used Sony Ericsson PC Suite and transferred it over and that works out fine and dandy. It comes out as a .3gp file, so I downloaded a .3gp converter and converted it into a AVI file. I than try and open my newly converted AVI file and Windows Media Player tells me that the file may be corrupted. Whats wrong?

Also I want to edit this video in Windows Movie Maker and when I try and import both the AVI file and the .3gp file, it tells me that the file is either corrupted or its the wrong file type.

  2. What i do is i send the video to my email and then save it to my desktop and i use ImTOO MPEG encoder 3 and convert the file to AVI then drag the icon thats AVI of your video onto windows movie maker. iv never had ANY problems doing it that way. Usually though your problem can be if you tryd to convert the same file more then once then it could of got messed up i really dont know i would have to see what programs you are using but try the methods i askd and it should work fine. Hope this helps
