  1. Since you paid with paypal, you should be able to get some money back...the only thing that makes it kinda tricky, is the fact that one works and the other doesn't....I would go to eBay's LIVE HELP, which you can get to through the Site Map at the top of any page...it's a chat program that allows you to speak with eBay representatives about your problems and concerns...they would know best what to do....They will probably recommend taking the issue up with Paypal...that is, lodging a dispute with the seller. This involves emails (through Paypal, so it's all logged - every communication between you both). If the seller still does not respond, after having a dispute filed against him, You upgrade the complaint to an actual claim...where Paypal will look at the matter and decide where to go from there....

Good Luck. I can't for the life of me understand why Sellers are still so reckless with their eBay dealings...now that they can't leave Neg Feedback for buyers, but buyers can leave them Neg Feedback....hmmmm

  2. As someone else has suggested use LIVE HELP. They will give you the best advice on how to deal with your situation. I have used it and found it very helpful in difficult situations.

  3. If you paid by PayPal, complain to them. You might get your money back.

  4. Did you use paypal? If so you can dispute the transaction. If you used a credit card then in order to dispute the charge you have to send the product back, its required that you do not have the item when you dispute it.
