I recently bought a crossman storm xt and im having trouble sighting in the 3-9X32 scope. Suggestions?

    Basically sighting a scope is trial and error. What you need to do is get close enough to the target that the gun is printing groups on paper from a bench-rest. Then adjust it so it will move towards the bull's eye. Then fire another group and see if your adjustment was sufficient to put the group in the bull's eye. If so you're done. If not make more adjustments and again fire a group. Do this until you're happy with where the gun is hitting. Then move back a bit (say from 33 feet to 60-75 feet) and repeat the process to make sure you're still happy with the groups.

  3. Try clicking both all the way to the left, then adjust as neccessary for your shots.

  4. take it to a gun shop, and ask them to bore sight it for you. Doesn't cost much, if anything, and it will sight it in to 100 yards, which is more than enough for that airgun.
