When I bought mine, over 2 years ago it came with the cable included. You can search for stores near your house that sell the cable you need from the texas instruments website. Just click the purchase button on the right side of the page.

If you purchased it from a retail store the cable should have come in the same box as the calculator.  There should have also been a CD for the correct software.  Otherwise, you should take a look at:
