I recently bought an HP AC Adapter, and it broke already?

It says on the box, that i'm entitled to "1 year warrranty"...i tried calling, and the stupid reps couldn't even really speak English, and they basically couldn't help. anyone know how i can get my waranty or whatever?

  1. You can charge your device merely by connecting it to a running PC with the USB cable.
