I recently bought panda antivirus to remove virus from my computer but it wont allow me to click scall all har

I had to make another administrator account because the one i was using was really bad with viruses.. so just yesterday i bought panda antivirs and it worked perfectly on my alternative administrator account but when i log into my main account and try to click scan all hard disks it wont allow me to yet it scans everything else, please can someone help me.. i know its the virus itself not letting me scan it but is there anything else i can do to get rid of it.. even my wallpaper says your privacy is in danger and its all red . i cant even change that...

Most all bought software has a support contact by email or phone. Go to the Panda site online and look for that. They would be the ones who should know.
