Try to see if u can do anything to make your current job better (asking for more challenging work, hike, etc.).  If you still can't find a way to make ur job better, then it's time to move (but if u have the patience -- try to stay in the job for a few more months - who knows - something may change for good).  But if u decide to change -- don't repeat the mistake of joining a job without knowing the company or job completley -- do some research (talk to ur friends or a couple of employees in that company) to find out for more details about the job and work culture in that company before taking up the job
