  1. They have to pay you and re-cut the check.  Take in the one you have otherwise they may charge you a stop-payment fee and require you to wait 10-days before processing a new one.

  2. Talk to your boss, and get a updated one. Ask for a seperate

check, because if they combine it with next week's check.

You will be taxed in a higher tax bracket, which means, less

"take home pay." And we all need that, right. <}:-})

  3. We void stale-dated checks after 90 days.  Just contact your Accounting department and speak with whomever does payroll.  They should be able to re-issue a check to you (take the old check in to them so they have some backup).  They may have turned it into your states unclaimed property if it's been too long.  They have a legal obligation to pay out that money - they can't just pocket it.

  4. Talk to your payroll department and tell them you never cashed the check. They should be able to re-issue you a new one. I bet they are aware the check never cleared and the money is still sitting in their account.

  5. Take it to Payroll they will get you another check..

  6. go to payroll and have them revalidate another check, bring that one though.
