"sexual" is in the eye of the beholder.  Just because a foot isn't sexual to you, that doesn't mean that it isn't sexual in anyone else's mind.  People are different.  Likewise, some people (entire cultures of people, no less) think absolutely nothing of b*****s and they might wonder the same thing you are regarding our culture's obsession with them.

A lot do - know why? Because most feet are freaking gross - I mean callusses, bunions, and general nastiness. So when We see a girl who has nice clean, pedicured feet, straight toes, smooth skin its like DAM*! If her feet are hot then the rest of her is too! It really enhances my attraction to her and then there is no reason I wouldn't want to kiss EVERY part of her at this point - Get it? As long as the guy isn't a freak about it, enjoy it!!
