and discovering new possibilities. One may find that everyday objects can become of extraordinarily importance or interest, one can become highly creative looking in places no other would and for obvious reasons. Yet I am amazed how a lack of intelligence or talent can lead to high creativity or at least being creative in unusual ways and situations.

I see this in art a lot, like in the avant-garde. Think of John Cage who was told that unless he could understand harmony he would not be able to compose music. Yet he continued anyway.

excuse my poor use of English, it is not my fist language.

Is this true, have you notice this?

  1. I don't believe it is a lack of intelligence; rather it is probably the type of intelligence that cannot be measured by standardizrd test.

Some might call it intuition -- the ability to come to the correct conclusion by melding abstract and concrete information. It is not easily reproducible or quantifiable.

Everybody has some level of this kind of intelligence. Not everyone cultivates it, however.
