I recently got caller id/waiting and tried using my netwaiting. The caller id name & number does not show?

On my netwaiting service the name and number will not show up. I have caller id & call waiting. Anybody know of a solution or another service that I can use?

First of all you need to verify with your telephony service provider if you have CallerID Services activated. Its an actual feature assignment in the switch system that has to be activated in order to transimit to your Line Equipment Number Location.
