I recently had a car crash where i was reversing out of a dead end rd cos i was blocking some cars that were bay parked. whilst reversing a lady pulled out of bay parking behind me on the left hand side of my car and we collided. I didnt see her because she was in my blind spot at the time. who's fault is it?

  1. if you were reversing first it's not your fault, did you look behind you before checking your mirrors to check if anybody was coming? You should ALWAYS look behind you incase anybody is in your blind spot.


  2. Take it to court, but you will both be at fault.

    Both will pay.

  3. Yes it will be your fault for not being in control of your vehicle while backing out in reverse and failure to yield to oncoming cars................................

  4. Sadly in most states If your car is in reverse then you are at fault.  There are a few exceptions to this, but your case does not sound like one. At best this would be a  "no fault" accident (if your state has no faults).

  5. In reverse, your fault. No if ands or buts, your fault call and lawyer they will tell you.

  6. According to the law it's whoever got  the ticket's fault.

  7. u were on the road she was in the bay she had to wait for you her fault. and if still in doubt ask the police you shouldnt get a fine
