Question:

I recently had a frenuloplasty and don't think it has worked?

Well it's been 22 days since I had a frenuloplasty on my p***s. Before the procedure, I could not pull the f******n back an further than under the head (when erect). Currently, nothing has changed. There's still a bit of swelling and scarring to go down, of course. But I'm very worried that the procedure was not successful. Anyone got any help or tips? Should I be worried? What improvement should I be seeing at this stage (My frenulum just looks as tight but just flatter than before, but looks even more tighter in the middle)? Thanks.

  1. It's good that you decided to have this type of surgery instead of the drastic mutilation of circumcision.

Perhaps you just need a little more time in healing, you mention that there's a bit of swelling--I think that it may take about six weeks to heal and then you can reevaluate your situation.

Are you able to fully expose the glans?    It wasn't clear when you mentioned "any further than under the head."    If it pulls back to expose the glans, then that should just about be normal.

If you have doubts, you can go back to the doctor.

You're lucky to be intact.     I didn't have that choice, I was mutilated as a helpless infant, the sensitivity of my p***s destroyed, and I'm restoring my f******n and my sensitivity.

  2. Connor,

Its going to be several months before you can really evaluate this. Give this time and be patient, p***s is very slow to heal after surgery.
