My hand is still numb and tingly. What kind of vitamins or minerals will help with this kind of nerve damage? I tried to take B Complex but it messes up my urinary tract. Are there any suggestions?

  1. the tingling you have is the regeneration of your nerve... Not sure of any medications to take but I do suggest massage therapy!

  2. research alpha liporic acid....it has very good results in diabetic neuropathy

  3. Yes, the best is to take magnesium in a salt form. Magnesium chloride or Nigari (a natural form of Magnesium from algae) or Magnesium Citrate (Citrate of Magnesia).

It helps restore nerve growth and function very rapidly.

To help the muscles if they haven't been used properly for a while, you could take vitamin E.

    All the best to you!
