  1. Unfortunately it is a waiting game when it comes to situations like this.  have safe s*x and go back in a couple of months.

  2. HIV takes a minimum of 6 weeks to get an accurate test on. Everything else would prob need about a week. Good luck!

  3. you wont get accurate results you have to wait at least 6 months before the test shows weather you have it or not

  4. depends on what they are testing for, you should have asked question when you were being tested, when you get for your results, you should ask your Dr or healthcare professional, they know what tests were done so they would be better equipped to answer the question.

  5. No, chances are you won't get an accurate result unfortunately.  Get tested again in about a month.

  6. No. It can take up to 3 months for antibodies to HIV to show up on tests, and in extremely rare cases, it can take up to 6 months for the antibodies to show up on tests.  You should be tested for HIV 3 months after your last unprotected sexual contact, and then retested 3 months after that.  (I am sorry that  I can't advise you on time frames for accurate test results re: other STDs. Ask a doctor about the appropriate times to test.)

Remember that some STDs, including HIV,  rarely have symptoms soon after infection.
