I recently have been experiencing a pain in the upper portion of my back it feels like a burning sensation?

when I sit in a chair and just lean forward I feel it,could it be a tear of some sort ,it is very uncomfortable.It feels like it is stinging.

  1. Sounds like a torn shoulder muscle. There are several that connect very close to your spine. Take a relaxing bath or rest it.
