I recently just got new insurance, I was park at a store and someone hit &run.the store had no cameras.?

It mess up my hood real bad, I don't have that much money, Is the store respondable for my car getting fixed?

  1. Store has nothing to do with a damage ,so it is not responsible  for damage .You parked in public place at your own risk.


  2. If you have insurance then you have a hit and run policy also it is know as uninsured coverage. Contact your insurance company and have them look at your car pay the deductible and have your car fixed. The store  was not driving the other car was it? If it was then the store is responsible to pay for the damages. Since the store can not drive a car and the stores owner was in the store they both are out.

  3. nope, your responsible, if you have full coverage then your policy should cover it but keep in mind that you will have to pay your deductible. you need to call your insurance company and make the report with them as soon as possible.
