  1. Get over it. Because if your still keeping the plumbing working.. It wont be a problem. and it wont bother us..don't be self conscious about it really..

But if it really bothers you.. there is some surgery to plop one back in there.. it wont be one of your boys..but what the h**l.. you feel it there and all is good.

  2. About two years ago I went through the same thing.  At first I couldn't even look at myself, let alone touch myself.  I swore that I would get a "replacement" silicone t******e but I was advised to take some time to think about it.  Two years later I don't really even think about it any more.  Honestly man, it will just take time for you (and your wife) to get used too, as much as it sucks it will become normal to you both.

  3. Hmm...maybe you can post some pics?  I can tell you if its a problem or not ;-)

  4. just tell her that you lost a t******e? If your wife is a good wife she wont give a ****

  5. it takes time for you to come to terms with yourself over this.  your wife understands and most likely, it's your issue for being over sensitive about it. you do know that you can have something put inside you to look and feel like another t******e, or course it's not the same thing

  6. if you can perform....no biggie

    don't be self-conscious

  7. its not a big thing...do not worry about it...

  8. Macca,

You can function normally with only one t******e.   If it really bother you enough, your urologidt physician might refer you to a plastic surgeon who could do a t******e implant in the s*****m sac to give you a more natural look and feel.

A Testicular Implant is a Silicone filled ball shaped implant designed to be about the same weight, shape and softness of a normal t******e. Implants usually come in a number of sizes. The implant is typically made of a molded silicone elastomer shell and filled with a silicone gel substance.

A number of published studies have described the negative psychological effects that can result from the loss or absence of a t******e. Various research studies show that the cosmetic benefits of Testicular Implants lead to significant emotional benefits and high levels of patient satisfaction for many.

WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM TESTICULAR IMPLANT SURGERY?

This procedure is performed within a broad age range of patients who wish to have Testicular Implant surgery for the following reasons:

Men who lose their natural t******e following trauma or torsion (a twisting incident resulting in the strangulation of a t******e)

Men who were born with significantly uneven (asymmetrical), small or non- functioning testicles

Men who loose their natural t******e following cancer surgery

Men whose testicles fail to descend in childhood.

HOW IS A TESTICULAR IMPLANT PROCEDURE PERFORMED?

All surgeons' techniques can differ slightly, but Testicular Implant surgery is usually considered relatively minor surgery and takes around 20 to 40 minutes to perform.  The procedure can be performed under general anaesthetic (you will be asleep), but is more commonly performed under local anaesthetic (you will be awake but the operated area will be numb).

The objective of Testicular Implant surgery is to provide a patient with a normal shaped and sized t******e appearance, which is complementary and proportionate to the rest of an individual's body, but without leaving any tell tale signs of surgery having taken place.

The insertion of an implant always requires a small surgical incision, which leaves a post-operative scar, although the incision is usually discreetly placed on the underside of the s*****m.

I hope this information will be of help.  If women can have large breast implants, men can have testicular implants.
