I recently moved and I can't get stations to convert???

I recently moved from Nothern Ca, to Southern Ca. I am currenly renting a room from a family who has Direct, and when I hooked up my TIVO/Direct TV box, nothing converted over. I have changed the ZIP code in the DIRECT TV CENTRAL, and have talked to Direct TV, but they weren't much help. Any other suggestions??

  1. You may need a new CableCard from the local DirectTV provider.
