  1. I hate to tell you , but you didn't pose nude for Playboy.

I hope you enjoyed the experience, but if you were told it was for playboy you were misled.  Hope it was fun.

  2. if they are very opposed to the subject then just start out the convo like, what would you say if i ever did a p**n mag.

that might lighten things up. lol

  3. How can you hide something like that? Tell them before someone else does, by all means. A few Playmates have been on videos with their mothers, e.g. Lordes Estores and Karen McDougal, and the moms seem to be proud of their beautiful daughters.

  4. well......they're going to find out eventually (even if you don't get picked).

i'm sure one of your father's friends "reads" playboy and views submissions.

  5. you dont have to tell them. my cousin didnt tell at first but then  she decided to

  6. dont tell them. if they find out then have a discussion about it but dont worry about it til the day comes.

  7. Just be honest....then have the picture with you in case they ask to see it.

  8. yes if it was my daughter i would want to know. but they won't be happy about it

  9. if she's like me, we don't need to hear what you dreamed of

  10. if it was my daughter i would want her to tell me. even tho' i would be surprised, and probably wouldnt like it. i would appreciate her telling me and i would be curious why she did it, it would just help me be ready with an explanation if a relative or friend made a comment to me about it. if i didnt know and they gave me the picture, that would make me feel like a bad parent that i didnt know about it. i think it would be respectful for you to let them know. i probably wouldnt give them a copy of it unless they wanted it.

congrats to you, for getting published. i hope it leads you somewhere successful in life. all the best

  11. I'd wait for the next large family gathering and pass the issue around with the mash potatoes. lol.   Your parents should be the first to know certainly not the last.   good luck.

p.s.  Doing something like that takes allot of security and strength  both redeeming qualities.  They should be proud that they raised a lady that was qualified to be pictured in a historically taste full magazine such as that.....and no I don't read or look at them

  12. it's gonna be better than someone else telling them....yea stick with honesty..... and yea have some explanations ready....good luck

  13. If you don't tell them I think someone else will.

  14. They will take it harder if they hear it from someone else and not from you.

  15. Yes you should tell your parents about it!

    Because honesty is important!

And that'll increase your honesty with them!

And being honest makes the situation better!

Honesty + trust = better relationships!

  16. Yes, your parents deserve to know. Just explain to them calmly about it and ask them to keep an open mind. However you feel about it tell them.

  17. Unless your dad subscribes, I wouldn't worry about it.
